1-Year Warranty from date of purchase
We craft our pieces with care, and we stand by them. All OLIO jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. So if your OLIO piece has a rough day (or year), don’t worry. We’ve got your back.

But we believe in thoughtful consumption. Repairs over replacements, always.

🌍 How it works!

• Warranty claims will go through a quick review by our product team (we promise, they're nice).
• We’ll always be fair. If it looks like the piece gave up despite your best care—we’ll fix or replace it.
• If the damage looks intentional or is clearly from lack of proper care (e.g., heavy plating loss, prolonged exposure to water, or physical misuse), the warranty won’t apply.
• If it looks like it went scuba diving, got buried in sand, or was left to tangle in a steamy bathroom... we might have to say no. (Plating and water are not besties.)
• In some cases, for minor fixes, we suggest taking the piece to a local jeweller for a quicker resolution—this saves you, us & the planet a lot of energy & resources. We'd be happy to offer store credit for the amount spent on fixing it.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

• Lost items (we're not psychic—yet)
• General wear and tear (little scratches and scuffs are part of the story)
• Damage from chemicals, perfumes, or wild adventures

• Your order ID
• Clear photos of the damage
• A short note (we love a little context)

We’ll get back to you within 2–3 working days with the next steps.

Like denim or leather, a little aging only adds character. Your pieces tell your story—and that includes a few scratches along the way.

💡 Everyday Tips

• Last on, first off – Put your jewelry on after makeup, perfume, and hair products.
• No water, please – Avoid swimming, showering, or sweating heavily with your pieces on.
• Keep it dry – Moisture is the enemy of plating. Wipe down your pieces gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
• Store smartly – Use the OLIO pouch or box. Avoid piling up pieces to prevent scratching.

🧼 Cleaning

• Use a soft, dry cloth. No harsh cleaners or chemicals.
• For intricate areas, a soft brush can help remove dirt gently.
• Don’t use polishing cloths on plated pieces, as they may strip the plating.

❤️ Longevity Tips

• Our pieces are plated, not solid gold. Over time, plating naturally fades, especially with rough use.
• Treat them with care, and they’ll age gracefully—like all beautiful things.
